Service Level Agreement


All messages sent through our gateway go through the UK GSM gateway allowing us to provide our clients with a strong SLA.

We do not purchase pre-built systems or cheap text bundles from overseas companies with unsecure gateways. Our service is backed by our SLA agreement providing you with a guaranteed delivery level of 99%. We have systems and partners in place to ensure no message or opportunity is missed or lost. All messages are caught and processed even in the unlikely chance of our systems failing. Our systems are 24/7 365 days of the year.

Lime Gardens sends its text messages via UK GSM gateways rather than undisclosed gateways like other SMS service providers. We are reliable and predictable, and we are able to offer the following guarantees of performance:

Minimum uptime of web based control panel: 99.5%
Minimum uptime of gateway: 99%

The above excludes failures due to circumstances beyond our control. We do retain redundant services on our SMS servers to sustain and increase our uptime with in-house engineers available 24 hours a day incase of failure.

Possible causes of failure include: - incorrect number, receiving network is overloaded or faulty, receiving phone is switched off for a period of time, the receiving phones inbox is full, non existent mobile number.

All data passed through our gateway is confidential and is not shared/sold or used by Lime Gardens SMS Solutions or its partners. Data only relevant and belonging to the client is made available only to said client. All removal requests made by consumers/customers direct to us or via a client are honored. We provide full opt-out/stop functions on all services as standard.

SLAs are important as it's the standard of service you can expect from your service provider. We strive to provide the highest standards and as a result provide our clients with this SLA.
